1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase on www.coastalacrylics.com, you agree to be bound by this All Sales Final Agreement and the accompanying Terms and Conditions. Please read these agreements carefully before making your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales made on www.coastalacrylics.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once a purchase has been completed.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include the details of your purchase. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that all information is correct.

4. Product Descriptions and Images

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to differences in monitors and display settings, the colors of products may vary slightly. We do not guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will exactly match the product colors.

5. Custom-Made Products

All products sold on www.coastalacrylics.com are custom-made to order. Each item is carefully crafted and undergoes laser inspections to minimize imperfections. However, natural chromatic aberrations may still occur. These variations are inherent to the materials and processes used and are not considered defects. Additionally, slight scratches on the back of prints and mounting hardware may occur due to the manufacturing process and placing the prints face up on the manufacturing equipment to protect the face, ensuring the highest quality of our prints.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion. Please note that this does not include minor variations in color or texture which are natural characteristics of acrylic products.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. All risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any issues.

9. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Once a custom order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

10. Credit Card Disputes

Credit card disputes due to the terms listed in this agreement are not a legal means of canceling an order. Disputes arising from credit card misuse or fraudulent circumstances must be resolved with the banking institution that issued your credit card.

11. Limitation of Liability

Coastal Acrylics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the products purchased from our website.

12. Governing Law and Arbitration

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The venue for arbitration shall be chosen by Coastal Acrylics, LLC. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
